William Ford is the managing director of Reynold Greenleaf & Associates, LLC, chairman of R. Greenleaf Organics, Inc. and president of Elemental Kitchen & Laboratories, LLC. His work in New Mexico's medical cannabis field and his interest in recovery programs shape the foundation's plant-science focus.

He lives in Albuquerque with his wife and children.
